The MM Group board of Directors are proud to announce the appointment of Andriy Kotykhov to the position of Chief Executive Officer. The previous acting CEO, Richard Poulton, has now formally handed over the role and resumed his role on the Board of Directors. After months of planning and preparation, these leadership changes came into effect in February 2020.

In the role of CEO, Andriy will continue to lead the MM Group through its next phase of growth and development. Andriy is an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of industry experience in the mining, oil and gas sector. Andriy has extensive experience in condition monitoring and the management of condition based maintenance regimes. During his past eight years with the company, Andriy has held the position of Regional Manager for the Queensland region, and more recently Chief Operations Officer (COO), building and leading a strong engineering team.

Andriy is looking forward to continue providing excellent service to our customers, and lead the company through this period of growth.
