A new look for the experts in electrical asset management

From May 1 machinemonitor® announced a major rebranding of our Member Companies to simplify customer engagement and as part of our overall innovative asset management solution strategy development.

machinemonitor® turns 25 next year and in anticipation the company has streamlined and upgraded our customer services and innovative online platforms. The company consolidation under one powerful brand and corresponding new logo and symbols is the final ‘reveal’ of a process that has been years in the making.

The rebrand includes replacing references to MM Group, MM Group Holdings, OCAM Tools and GenServices with machinemonitor® new brand, logo and website.

TxMonitor, including our Oil Testing Laboratory, will also be incorporated at a later date.

Austorque, our education and training arm, will fully transition under the machinemonitor® brand and the Austorque name - known widely for its reputation producing and conducting comprehensive exceptional quality events and training for 20 years, will continue as the new name for machinemonitor’s enews.

The Machines Conference, another highlight in the electrical engineering calendar will be run as part of Australian Energy Week in 2023 after a 3 year hiatus.

For now our extensive suite of online monitoring and condition reporting platforms will remain. This includes RiskMonitor®, TxAnalyser, BrushMonitor® and RepairMonitor®.

This process will help our current and future customers across Australasia easily access our full gamut of services, support and products.

Our focus on long-term customer relationships, fierce independence to keep costs down, and focus on bespoke solutions customers can trust will only deepen from this process.
