Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence and Safety at machinemonitor®

This year, machinemonitor® proudly marks its 25th anniversary as a leader in electrical asset management in Australasia.

Established in 1999 in Newcastle, the company has since evolved into one of Australia's premier independent experts in high and medium voltage machines including motors, generators, transformers, cables, switchgear and diagnostic data analytics platforms.

Our focus on asset reliability and production certainty for our clients has been instrumental in our journey from a local enterprise to a company with teams across Australia and New Zealand. Our reach includes Asia-Pacific and international projects.

Our continued growth is a reflection of our commitment to safety, innovation and service excellence for our customers whose industries span oil & gas, power generation (both traditional and renewable energy), water utilities, manufacturing, mining and more.

Throughout these two and a half decades, machinemonitor® has been instrumental in partnering with many of Australasia's largest businesses to develop effective strategies for asset management and maintenance to maximise asset reliability and minimise unplanned maintenance or unplanned shutdowns.

Professional training and conferencing also continues to be a hallmark of our success in developing the engineering professionals of tomorrow. The Machines Conference celebrates it’s 22nd year in 2024 – a testament to our commitment to professional education.

In the last decade we have expanded our focus to 24/7 access to reliable data and expert advice.

Our focus on providing quality data and analysis has enabled timely and accurate decision-making for maintenance, management, and replacement planning. Our approach combines continuous monitoring and online solutions, ensuring that businesses relying on critical electrical assets maintain optimal performance.

However, the cornerstone of our success lies in our specialist engineers and field experts, who bring extensive industry experience across a diverse range of machines, including commissioning tests, high voltage tests, partial discharge tests, and on-site refurbishments.

As we celebrate this milestone, we continue our dedication to prolonging the health and performance of the valuable and critical electrical assets for our clients.

Our 25th anniversary is not just a celebration of our past achievements but also a commitment to improving electrical asset performance for our customers.

The continuation of our field and analysis work, together with the launch of OptMonitor in 2024, a complete monitoring and analysis solution, machinemonitor® will continue being at the forefront of electrical asset management, providing certainty and a wise approach to our customers.

Here's to 25 years of excellence and many more to come!
